(I have been certified as a carpet cleaner and knew what to ask and Benson KNEW his stuff) My regular carpet guy was busy so I called around and found Benson. He came to my house to give me an estimate and I asked him a lot of questions to quiz his knowledge of carpet cleaning. I had a dog odor I was concerned about and together we walked the rooms with a black light for areas of concern. We set an appointment for a month out (due to my crazy schedule) and he arrived on time without any reminders from me. Afterwards my carpet was dry enough to walk on with socks within an hour or two and they look and smell great. I can not recommend Benson enough!
